Hello, I'm Melony Austin, the founder of Precise Billing Services (PBS). Let me share with you what inspired me to embark on this journey.

My journey into the world of medical billing and revenue cycle management was born out of a deep sense of compassion and a personal experience that touched my heart. It all began with my beloved grandmother, who, like many elderly individuals, found herself in a vulnerable situation when it came to healthcare expenses.

I witnessed firsthand how my grandmother, a pillar of strength in our family, was taken advantage of through unscrupulous balance billing practices. It was a heartbreaking realization that left a lasting impact on me. That experience fueled my determination to make a difference, to ensure that no one, especially the elderly, would face such injustices in their healthcare journeys.

The birth of my own son further intensified my resolve. I felt a compelling need to step up and not only advocate for patients but also support healthcare providers in navigating the complexities of compliance and revenue cycle success. It became a mission close to my heart, one that ultimately led to the creation of Precise Billing Services.
